Pad Print Extreme is one of Canada's leading promotional product printing and contract decorating companies, located in Oakville. We print on products for some of the world's most recognized brands, including S'well, Bose, 3M, Google, and OtterBox.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable General Labourer / Production Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to learn specialized manufacturing and printing processes.
Responsibilities
- General labour and warehouse support
- Receiving shipments and applying shipping labels
- Quality control and inspection of finished products
- Preparing and pre-treating materials for production
- Unpacking and packing customer products
- Operating production equipment (training provided)
- Assisting with machine setup and teardown
- Mixing inks and production materials
- Supporting the Operations Manager and production team
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Good mechanical aptitude and comfortable using hand tools
- Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to assist in all areas of the shop as needed
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
