Mission Village Health is a newly built, modern conservative care clinic opening in Mission Village (Ponds Community), Kelowna. We are a collaborative team of healthcare providers focused on evidence-based musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care in a professional, patient-centered environment.
We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who wants to grow in a clinic that prioritizes quality care, teamwork, and strong internal referrals.

About the Clinic
Mission Village Health is a multidisciplinary clinic emphasizing:
- Evidence-based conservative care
- Musculoskeletal and injury rehabilitation
- Collaborative treatment planning between providers
- Patient education and long-term outcomes
You’ll work in a professional setting alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and acupuncturists, with consistent internal referrals from providers managing active MSK cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic and rehabilitative massage treatments
- Work with patients experiencing musculoskeletal pain and injury
- Contribute to coordinated care plans when appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical notes using JaneApp EMR
- Build long-term therapeutic relationships with patients
Ideal Candidate
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Comfortable working with injury rehabilitation cases
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Motivated to grow within a collaborative clinic environment
Compensation
Independent contractor split — competitive and based on experience.
Strong earning potential supported by internal referrals, clinic marketing, and administrative systems.
Flexible start dates available.
