Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience with bookkeeping, data entry, bank reconciliation, invoice tracking, and general accounting support.
This position is suitable for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with payroll-related records and commission tracking
- Maintain organized financial files and documents
- Support monthly reports and bookkeeping summaries
- Communicate with management regarding accounting updates
- Assist with other administrative or accounting tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2-3 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, or financial services is an asset
- Mandarin-speaking ability is an asset, but not required
