The Direct Sales Co. is hiring a driven B2B Field Sales Representative to join our Ontario team. This is a performance-first, field-based role for proven closers who know how to self-generate leads, engage decision-makers, and win business.

What You'll Be Doing:
→ Generate your own leads through daily field prospecting — no leads are handed to you
→ Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and key decision-makers
→ Present and close B2B solutions directly on-site
→ Build and manage your own pipeline from the ground up
→ Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
→ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity

What We're Looking For:
→ Proven track record in B2B field sales, outside sales, or door-to-door
→ Strong self-prospecting ability and comfort working independently
→ Confident, direct communicator with experience closing business owners
→ Highly competitive, results-driven, and fully accountable to targets
→ Experience in POS, payment solutions, or business services is an asset
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle required. This role involves daily travel to client locations across Ontario.

OTE: $108,000/year | Uncapped — top performers earn significantly more.
Pay: $49,948.54-$114,181.59 per year
