Since 1990, we have been dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers locally, nationally, and internationally. If you are detail-oriented, love working with numbers, and are looking to kickstart your career in accounting, you’ll fit right in!
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-driven Entry-Level Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in accounting.

- Three-Way Matching: Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
- Vendor Support: Assist with basic vendor inquiries regarding payment status with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Statement Reconciliation: Help reconcile vendor statements and identify any discrepancies.
- Filling & Archiving: Maintain digital and physical financial records, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Team Support: Assist the senior accounting team with ad-hoc administrative and month-end tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: High school diploma required; a certificate, diploma, or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a strong asset.
- Data Entry Skills: Fast and highly accurate alphanumeric data entry skills (we love a high WPM and 10-key numeric pad accuracy!).
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) is required. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: You spot double-billing or missing signatures from a mile away.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Reliability: A proactive attitude with great time-management skills to meet weekly payment deadlines.
