Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable AZ Local Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves local flatbed deliveries, with a focus on concrete slab hauling. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform local flatbed deliveries within Ontario
- Operate trucks with standard transmission
- Use both loose-leaf logbooks and electronic logging devices (E-Logs)
- Maintain cleanliness and care of the truck and trailer
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and follow schedules and instructions
- Ensure proper paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
- Adhere to all DOT regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid AZ driver’s license
- Ability to drive standard transmission
- Familiarity with both paper logs and E-Logs
- Strong reading and writing skills in English
- Clean driving record
- Positive attitude and ability to work respectfully within a small team
- Good references preferred
