Accu-Staff is hiring Machine Operators for a busy aluminum extrusion facility in the Lakeshore area!

Schedule
12-Hour Continental Rotating Schedule
- 2 weeks on Days
- 2 weeks on Nights
- Every other weekend off
Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing
- Set up, operate, and monitor aluminum extrusion and production equipment
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Read work instructions, production documents, and basic drawings
- Use measuring tools to verify product quality
- Complete production records accurately
- Identify and report equipment or quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and wear required PPE
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including standing for 12-hour shifts and heavy lifting
- Reliable transportation (the facility is not accessible by public transit)
- Able to work rotating day and night shifts
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude
- Forklift experience and the ability to read technical drawings are considered strong assets
