We are actively seeking an experienced Bilingual Junior Project Manager for a long-term contract position. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to comprehend business needs and devise a project management plan aligning with strategic objectives
- Efficiently coordinate and organize internal resources to ensure timely delivery of finalized projects within scope and budget constraints
- Conduct team meetings to assess project progress and delivery status
- Assign and supervise daily tasks of team members
- Oversee all project phases, monitor expenditures, and implement changes where necessary
- Provide comprehensive root analysis on deployment actions, whether successful or unsuccessful, as required
Key Competencies
- 2+ years of experience as a Junior Project Manager in a technical environment
- Proficient knowledge of application systems and functionality
- Prior experience in managing projects in the telecom or software IT industry is highly advantageous
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of working in a high-level, fast-paced IT environment
- Proficiency in French is a mandatory requirement
- Experience in creating concise summary presentations and delivering them to managers
