About Us
Gladiator Soccer Academy is a high-performance youth soccer program and official Ontario Soccer member, focused on elite player development using modern European methodologies (Barcelona & Ajax-inspired).
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Director to lead our 2018 team. This person should be able to implement our training philosophy, and build a clear pathway from grassroots to elite levels.
Key Responsibilities
- work within the Gladiator technical curriculum
- Manage and mentor coaching staff
- Ensure consistent training standards and playing philosophy
- Monitor player development and progression pathways
- Lead coach education with younger coaches
- Support academy growth and high-performance structure
Requirements
- Canada Soccer C License or UEFA C (minimum)
- Experience in a technical leadership role
- Strong knowledge of modern player development
- Proven ability to lead and develop coaches
