Restaurant Manager
Box Concepts Food Group is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Corporate Wok Box location, in South Surrey. The General Manager will be in charge of all aspects of the restaurant operations including overseeing food preparation, human resources, customer service, and all administrative aspects of the restaurant. - Ensuring clean sanitary practices: for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas? Ensuring compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/ local laws.
- Supervising food preparation to ensure high quality standards are being met?
- Leading a team and managing your Human Resources objectives including recruiting, hiring, orienting, training, promoting, scheduling, disciplining, and employee communication?
- Controlling inventory and purchasing?
- Maintaining a safe, fun, secure, healthy workplace for all employees?
Are you?
Proficient in working with MS Excel & Word?
Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others?
Able to handle pressure?
The scoop…
This is a full-time position with hours that vary, typically working a mixture of daytime and evening shifts. Must be available to work all shifts including weekend shifts.
Position requires prolonged standing, lifting, and bending.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
