What You’ll Do:
As an Assembly / Disassembly Technician, you will be responsible for the careful disassembly and reassembly of industrial vacuum and hydrovac trucks before and after the coating process. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure all components are properly tracked and accounted for, enabling efficient and accurate reassembly at later stages.
During the assembly phase, you will work with freshly coated parts, requiring a delicate touch to preserve the integrity of premium coatings and prevent chips or scratches. Your precision and care will directly contribute to the quality and durability of the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
· Disassemble industrial vacuum and hydrovac trucks prior to coating.
· Organize and catalog all components to ensure traceability and completeness.
· Reassemble trucks post-coating with attention to preserving surface finishes.
· Handle coated parts with care to avoid damage.
· Collaborate with coating and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly/disassembly or industrial manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, possess mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
