We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our Commercial and Life insurance team.
As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and assessing clients' insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to effectively market insurance products.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Sell various types of commercial and life insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products and coverage options
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of insurance products
- Proven track record in retail sales or insurance sales
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to close sales
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
