Compensation
- $45-$55+ USD/hour depending on experience
- Night shift premium

Schedule Options
Examples:
- Thursday–Sunday, 12-hour shifts
- Friday–Monday, 12-hour shifts
- 7-on / 7-off rotation
- 14-on / 14-off rotation for traveling employees
Why This Role?
Our maintenance team supports a high-production Southern Yellow Pine lumber operation during nights and weekends when major maintenance, repairs, and capital projects can be completed with minimal production disruption.
Responsibilities
- Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Emergency breakdown response
- Precision alignment
- Bearing and gearbox replacement
- Hydraulic and pneumatic repairs
- Welding and fabrication
- Conveyor and material handling systems
- Sawmill, planer mill, and dry kiln maintenance
- Capital project installations

Ideal Candidate
- Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
- 5+ years industrial experience in lumber manufacturing.
- Comfortable working independently
- Detail oriented
- Leadership skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills

Pay: $32.50-$40.00 per hour
