Duties
- Operate and monitor machines, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to produce components according to specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Utilize CAD software and SolidWorks for design modifications and machine setup.
- Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Package finished products for shipment while adhering to warehouse procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts is a plus.
- Experience with quality control measures in a production environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and packaging processes will be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
