Residential Cleaner Full Time

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our growing cleaning business in Milton and surrounding areas. Part-time hours are available to start, with full-time hours within 6 weeks of employment.
The ideal candidate is professional, team-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services in client homes and offices. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role requiring strong time management and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Maintain high cleaning standards and professionalism in client homes
- Safely use cleaning tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications
- Residential or custodial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability and adaptability to learn new skills and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable vehicle required
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment during training. Once working independently candidates must supply products.
