About the Job
Viral Tinting is growing fast and we’re looking for experienced automotive film installers who can hit the ground running. If you know tint, PPF, and vinyl wraps — and you take pride in clean, high‑quality work — we want you on our team.
This position is NOT for beginners. We are only hiring installers with 2+ years of hands‑on experience. No time to train.
Responsibilities
- Install automotive window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and vinyl wraps with high precision
- Maintain clean, professional workmanship on every vehicle
- Work efficiently and keep up with daily workflow
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Follow shop standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in tinting, PPF, and/or vinyl wrapping
- Must be able to work independently with no supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to keep up with workload
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience with XPEL, 3M, SunTek, or similar films is an asset
- Familiarity with DAP/plotter software is a bonus
Compensation
Pay is based on experience, reliability, quality of work, and performance.
