AVAILABILITY ON SUNDAY 10 am till 8:30 pm is a prerequisite
- Operating time at this location is from 10:00 a.m. till 8:30 p.m. all week.
- Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes
- Cook/prepare different menu items according to recipes
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
- Maintain all kitchen equipment are clean as per cleaning schedule
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
- Take customer orders and process payments through POS.
- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the Front of House to the Back of House and vice versa
- Relay special requests to the staff – (any allergies, modifications to customer order, etc)
- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
- Accept orders from delivery apps, and pack items in an orderly and timely manner
- Follow and practice safe food handling techniques and constantly maintain the cleanliness of the cashier and FOH areas
- Answer all menu and general inquiries
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
- Perform Cashier duties as assigned
