Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate Survey Interviewers to join our dynamic team. Survey Interviewers professionally conduct surveys over the telephone- there is no selling or marketing involved!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to communicate with individuals all over North America. You will be making outbound calls and conducting surveys on a variety of topics, such as political polling, governmental and social issues, product and service reviews, and more.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Making outbound phone calls
- Using persuasion skills to convince individuals to complete telephone surveys
- Conducting telephone interviews with respondents throughout Canada and the United States
- Following survey interview modules on the computer
- Accurately and efficiently entering data and checking for completeness and accuracy
Hours:
The shifts for this position run Monday to Friday 5 PM to 10 PM, Saturday 12 PM to 8 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 8 PM.
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, with at least 1 shift during the week, and 1 shift on the weekend.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Survey or call centre experience is an asset
- Complete fluency in English is mandatory
- Bilingualism in French or other languages is an asset
- Competent computer skills, including accurate and efficient typing skills
- Work independently and as part of a team with a strong project focus
- You will need a “can-do” attitude and the motivation to succeed
- Must be a high-energy, self-starter
