Key Responsibilities
- Perform beauty and skin services independently and professionally
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and tool sterilization
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage appointments, client records, and payments when required
- Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced salon environment
Must-Have Skills & Services
Candidates must be experienced or trained in:
- Facials
- Waxing
- Threading
- Massage
- Lash Lift & Tint
- Brow Lamination
- HydraFacial
- Manicure & Pedicure
General Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of salon or spa experience preferred
(Freshers may apply if professionally trained)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Client consultations
- Performing services independently
- Tool sterilization and hygiene practices
- Experience in high-end or busy salons is an asset
- Familiarity with booking/appointment software is a plus
- Multilingual candidates (English + another language) good to have
