Overview
SteriPro is seeking a dependable Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at our Mississauga facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments. Our facility spans two levels: a ground floor housing our production area (clean assembly and decontamination), supply chain, and receiving/loading dock, plus upstairs offices. Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required — training will be provided. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to high standards of cleanliness.
Position Details
- Part-time: 30 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties throughout the facility, including production areas, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas — sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean controlled production areas (clean assembly and decontamination) in accordance with established standards; company-provided attire/PPE must be worn in these areas at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the supply chain, receiving, and loading dock areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
- Keep all assigned areas tidy and organized throughout the shift
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including gowning and hygiene protocols for controlled environments
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep
Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training provided
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures is an asset
- Willingness to follow gowning/PPE requirements in controlled production areas (attire provided by SteriPro)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
