Leadership Instructor & Advanced Leadership Instructor
Day, Evening & Weekend Shifts
June 1 – Sept 4th 2026
Location: BGC London and other sites
Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour
We are seeking experienced aquatic leadership instructor to teaching our Bronze Series, First Aid Series, National Lifeguard courses/recerts & Lifesaving Trainer Courses. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for delivering the Leadership & Advanced Leadership courses hosted by the Boys and Girls Club London. Instructors will be scheduled on a course-by-course basis depending on certification.
The successful candidate(s) for this position will possess the following qualifications:
· Current Police Vulnerable Sector Clearance issued by local police station required
· Current Standard First Aid with CPR & AED Level C certification
· Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification.
· Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor certification.
· Current Lifesaving Society Lifesaving Instructors/Examiner Certification.
· Current First Aid Instructor/Examiner Certification.
· Current National Lifeguard Instructor/Examiner Certification and/or Lifesaving Trainer Status any level.
· Demonstrate strong leadership, customer service and communication skills.
· Experience in program planning, instructing and evaluation.
