Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and editing quote letters
- Creating job costings and reporting to management
- Organizing and maintaining project information, safety documentation, and estimates
- Tracking work authorization forms, Notices of Projects, and active jobs
- Attending walkthroughs and meeting customers
Requirements:
-Experience as project coordinator is an asset but not required
-Experience in the trades and on the tools is an asset
-Proficiency in all Microsoft programs and outlook
-Ability to understand the strict safety guidelines and communicate them to employees
-Strong work ethic
-Attention to detail is paramount to this position
-Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
