Reporting to the Associate Director, Academic & Campus Operations - Scheduling, the incumbent provides academic support and service for the apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs in the School of Skilled Trades (tri-campus); coordinates student registration and enrolment for apprenticeship and pre- apprenticeship programs; provides student assistance services for apprenticeship programs; assists with academic and planning of faculty members teaching; administers and safeguards apprenticeship exemption testing; provides general administrative support to the Associate Dean, School of Skilled Trades for Ministry mandatory reporting, apprenticeship-related proposals.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a 2-year diploma or equivalent in Office Administration or Business.
A minimum of 2 years of practical work experience providing administrative support in a computerized, customer service office environment.

Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements:
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location and work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college’s Telework Policy.
