Food and Beverage Supervisor Silvertip Resort - Canmore, Alberta
Stone Creek Resorts is a Calgary‑based company specializing in land development and the operation of premium golf destinations in Canmore, AB, and Invermere, BC. We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support our Silvertip team in Canmore.
Responsibilities
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will:

Lead and support hosts, servers, bartenders, and other front‑of‑house staff to ensure exceptional guest service.

Anticipate guest needs and maintain a welcoming environment.

Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team with staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
-
Collaborate with back‑of‑house teams to ensure service staff understand the presentation and preparation of menu items and special offerings.

Train staff on POS systems, payment handling, and cash‑out procedures.
-
Provide ongoing service and hospitality training to junior team members.
-
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and food‑handling standards.
Additional duties include:

Resolving guest concerns in consultation with the Food and Beverage Manager or General Manager.

Ensuring guest‑facing service areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained.

Confirming all front‑of‑house equipment is clean and functioning properly.

Following opening and closing procedures for all outlets.
Requirements
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Hospitality Degree or Certificate considered an asset

Minimum two years of food and beverage experience

Eligibility to work in Canada

Valid Driver's Licence
-
Alberta FOODSAFE Level 1 (or equivalent)

Alberta ProServe certification (or equivalent)
