Job Summary
We are seeking a detailed oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a morning/bread baker. In this role, you will be responsible of our sourdough bread production and daily finishing baked goods. Ensuring high standards of food safety and maintaining quality standard.
Responsibilities
- Weight and mix bread dough
- Fold and shape bread
- Bake and finish croissants
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following proper sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Skills
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, providing insight into fast-paced kitchen environments.
- Strong food preparation skills, including cooking and baking expertise.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Experience in kitchen operations, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to details
- Ability do understand nuances and importance of small changes

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
