Assistant Sales Manager – Kia West Edmonton
The Assistant Sales Manager at Kia West Edmonton plays a key role in driving dealership performance by supporting the sales team, closing deals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for assisting sales consultants throughout the sales process, stepping in to help structure and finalize deals, and ensuring every opportunity is maximized. A major focus of the role is maintaining strong follow-up practices within the team—holding sales staff accountable for timely communication with leads, appointments, and previous customers to improve conversion rates and retention.
In addition to deal support and follow-up management, the Assistant Sales Manager helps coach and motivate the sales team, reinforcing best practices in customer experience, product knowledge, and sales process. They work closely with senior management to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and maintain a positive, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is confident in closing, highly organized, and committed to both team accountability and delivering a transparent, professional buying experience for every customer.
Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
