Required:
- 3rd year BCom students
- Available to work in both Fall 2026 & Winter 2027 terms
- Successful completion of the redesigned 2GR0 (in the academic year 2025-2026)
- Referral form completed by former 2GR0 TA

- Instructional Support & Facilitation
- Strong ability to lead and facilitate in-person tutorials, group discussions and activities effectively.
- Skilled in explaining course logistics and tutorial assignments to diverse learners.
- Comfortable with using Avenue to Learn and other digital tools.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Strong leadership and peer mentorship capabilities.
- Ability to coach students on professional conduct, time management, and soft skills.
- Provides constructive, growth-oriented feedback on team performance, reflection assignments, and participation.
- Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to correspond professionally with students and instructors.
- Able to clarify expectations, deliver instructions clearly, and respond empathetically to student concerns.
- Administrative & Organizational Skills
- Organized and punctual in managing attendance, grading, and reporting responsibilities.
- Maintains accurate records of participation, submissions, and student engagement.
Proactively communicates scheduling or student issues to the instructional team.

This course will be delivered in person. Comfort with leading groups is expected.
You will be required to attend some C01 and/or C02 class sections once or twice per term and lead bi-weekly tutorials per term.
Please indicate if you have a preference or scheduling conflicts for any of the class sections below. Fall 2025 TA contracts will be eligible for renewal for Winter 2026. Preference is given to candidates who are available for both terms.
