Job Description:
Visco Industrial Bolton Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Handler to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient inventory operations and supporting purchasing, receiving, and vendor coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and receive supplier packing slips accurately
- Assist with purchasing and order coordination
- Process supplier returns, including:
* Core returns * Warranty items * Repairs * New parts returns
- New parts returns
- Support showroom merchandising and organization
- Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Update and maintain accurate inventory locations
- Conduct competitive flyer analysis
- Coordinate vendor meetings and training schedules
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience is an asset)
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials handling preferred
