Job Overview
We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Event Decor & Setup Team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in creating beautiful event spaces. As a member of our team, you will help set up and dismantle décor for weddings, corporate events, and private functions. You will work at our venue and assist in creating memorable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Set up décor according to event layouts and design plans
- Carry and move large decor structures as needed
- Carefully pack and store décor following each event.
- Work efficiently with the team to meet strict setup and teardown deadlines.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, and climbing ladders
- Available to work mornings, evenings, overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends based on event schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Previous event setup, warehouse, moving, construction, or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
