We're looking for a dependable and motivated Production Associate – Folder/Gluer Packer to join our finishing department. Previous manufacturing experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right individual who is eager to learn, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Your Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in producing and packaging high-quality folding cartons for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Pack finished cartons according to customer specifications and packaging requirements.
- Perform visual quality inspections throughout production, identifying defects in print, folding, gluing, or carton appearance.
- Monitor machine operation and communicate any concerns to the Folder/Gluer Operator.
- Count, stack, bundle, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate production counts and complete required paperwork.
- Assist with machine setup, cleanup, and changeovers as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
