We're seeking a skilled and personable Hygienist to join our orthodontic practice full-time. You'll play a key role in patient care—supporting healthy smiles throughout treatment, working closely with our clinical team, and helping every patient feel comfortable and well cared for.
The ideal candidate is a licensed hygienist with strong clinical skills, a warm chairside manner, and a genuine commitment to excellent patient care. Orthodontic experience is an asset, but we're happy to support the right candidate in getting up to speed.

Responsibilities
- Perform orthodontic hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing with precision.
- Educate patients on orthodontic care and maintenance.
- Assist in the management of patient records and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with dentists and orthodontists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain sterilization standards and ensure a clean clinical environment.
- Support patient comfort and address their concerns professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest orthodontic hygiene techniques and best practices.
- Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license for the province of Ontario
- Proven experience in orthodontic hygiene is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of Tracker or similar dental practice management software is advantageous.
