Job Overview
We are currently hiring Concrete Labourers to join our team in Dundalk, ON. This is a full-time opportunity for hardworking, reliable individuals with experience in construction or concrete production.
Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to support communication within the team.
Responsibilities
- Pour, level, and finish concrete products.
- Clean and prepare molds for production.
- Assist with rebar fabrication and material handling.
- Power wash equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes when required (training/experience is an asset).
- Perform general labour and production duties as assigned.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, concrete work, or general labour is preferred.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor yard and manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
