Responsibilities:
- Data Entry in AS400, CLI systems;
- Imaging
- Working in a variety of different computer programs;
- All administrative duties to support efficient services for customers and terminal operations as directed.
- Answer inquiries, confirmation of CSR emails, phone calls and provide information to customers
Experience:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment
- Ideal candidate will have previous, knowledge in general freight and transportation
Skills:
- Excellent professional communication skills required;
- Ability to multi-task, switch priorities quickly in a fast paced environment
- Able to learn new computer programs, software and procedures quickly.
Preference for local candidates only. There is no relocation assistance provided for this role. This role does not qualify for an LMO under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program or Rural Stream program
