About Us:
At North Simcoe Veterinary Services, we provide care for both small and large animals, supported by a dedicated team that works efficiently, collaboratively, and with genuine passion for veterinary medicine.
Our team is experienced, loyal, and supportive, with some members having been part of the practice for more than 35 years. We regularly collaborate on cases, share ideas, support one another, and work together to ensure even the busiest days run smoothly.
We are also proud to be involved in meaningful community and volunteer work, including support for the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre, Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre, local fairs, equine shows, and spay/neuter clinics for local Indigenous communities.
The Role:
We are looking for a Mixed Animal Veterinarian who enjoys variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to work both in clinic and on the road.
This role offers the opportunity to:
Work within a well-established multi DVM mixed animal practice.
Provide care in hospital and through fully stocked large animal mobile vehicles.
Collaborate with an experienced team of veterinarians.
Be supported by excellent RVTs, veterinary assistants, receptionists, and exam room assistants.
Develop your skills in both small and large animal medicine.
Build strong relationships with clients and the local community.
Our small animal after-hours emergencies are supported by emergency clinics in Barrie and Collingwood. Our mixed animal veterinarians share responsibility for large animal on-call coverage.
