Luminate Co Wellness Market is hiring a Part Time/Full-Time Stock & Sales Associate (depending on the fit) for our Bedford location! (This does require heavy lifting of 50lbs for bulk food items and liquids).

What The Sales Associate Role Involves:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and make personalized, informed product recommendations
- Creating a welcoming, elevated in-store experience that reflects Luminate’s values
- Supporting store operations, merchandising, and daily flow in a retail environment
- Working collaboratively with the team to support both customer experience and store performance
What You Will Do As A Stock Associate:
- Follow established procedures for receiving merchandise, including inspecting the product when delivered to us.
- Assist our Inventory Control Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Stock and clean shelves and displays; ensure the store is full, organized, clean and inviting!
- Maintaining the department aesthetic by stocking, facing, and merchandising product.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment.
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers when needed from time-to-time.
- Maintain back stock in good order; monthly date checking, rotation of goods.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager.
What You Will Bring:

- Effective time management skills.
