We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) located in Manitoba who are ready to take on rewarding assignments and make a meaningful impact across the province’s healthcare system.

Compensation
(Rates vary by region, experience, and assignment type)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $38 – $42/hour
NEW: Mileage reimbursement at $0.56/km
NEW: Travel reimbursement available based on shifts worked (up to a maximum of 8 hours each way)
Scheduling Flexibility: No cap on weekly hours or number of shifts worked
Assignment Coverage: Work across all Manitoba health authorities with access to multiple site locations

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2,000+ hours (~1 year) of recent nursing experience
- Active BLS certification
- Active CLPNM license
- Experience working in Personal Care Homes, Long-Term Care, or supportive care environments
- Ability to work in rural and remote healthcare environments within Manitoba

- Deliver safe, high-quality resident and patient care within assigned settings
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support individualized care plans and chronic condition management
- Respond promptly and appropriately to care needs and clinical situations
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
