Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the Safe Centre of Peel. This vital role involves overseeing program operations, managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Program Manager will play a key role in coordinating resources, fostering community partnerships, and advancing the centre’s mission to provide safety and support to those in need.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Safe Centre of Peel programs
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with community partners, stakeholders, and service providers to enhance program effectiveness
- Oversee administrative functions including reporting, compliance, and record-keeping
- Ensure program activities meet organizational standards and adhere to funding requirements
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven experience in program management within social services or community-based organizations
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams or staff members effectively
- Strong background in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational efficiency
- Ability to build relationships with diverse community partners and stakeholders

Pay: $74,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
