Job Summary
The Employee Dining Concierge delivers exceptional customer service while supporting daily cafeteria operations. This role assists guests with kiosks, mobile orders, and retail purchases, while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain outstanding customer service by greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and creating a welcoming experience.
- Assist guests with the self-service kiosk and respond to questions, comments, and concerns during breakfast and lunch service.
- Set up and maintain coffee stations in accordance with brand standards.
- Complete set-up and tear-down for breakfast and lunch service in the cafeteria.
- Prepare and organize Hey Chef mobile lunch orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Develop a strong knowledge of products and merchandise to assist guests and accurately process transactions.
- Stock, rotate, and maintain the presentation of ready-to-eat (RTE) items and other retail products.
- Inspect equipment regularly, ensuring it is clean, operational, and any issues are promptly reported to management.
- Perform cleaning, and custodial duties as needed.
- Follow all Aramark safety, food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
- Protect company assets and contribute to a safe and secure work environment.
- Support the team with additional responsibilities as required to ensure operational success.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
