Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Computer Skills: ORDER ENTRY
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite.
- Ability to learn and adapt to custom transportation software.
- Order Management:
- Enter and trace orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process Proof of Deliveries (PODs) in a timely manner.
- Document Management:
- Process and file PODs, invoices, bills, and driver logs systematically for easy retrieval.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule delivery appointments, coordinating with drivers and clients.
Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: 2 YRS
- Basic knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational Skills:
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Adaptability:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
