- Lead landing page testing in partnership with internal and external teams to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Own technical SEO oversight, including identifying issues, prioritizing improvements, and partnering with the appropriate teams to strengthen site health and organic performance.
Stakeholder & Agency Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand demand, lead quality, and conversion performance by product line.
- Create clear feedback loops that connect marketing performance, sales outcomes, and product positioning to improve growth efficiency.

- Lead regular performance reviews and provide actionable updates to leadership on trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Translate data into clear insights and priorities that improve growth efficiency, conversion performance, and business impact.
People Management & Leadership
- Lead and coach a direct report who supports performance analysis, reporting, testing coordination, and day-to-day execution across paid media and website optimization initiatives.
- Set clear priorities, provide ongoing direction and feedback, and help build the capabilities needed to support a high-performing, insight-driven function.
- Delegate effectively while maintaining accountability for the quality, accuracy, and business impact of the team’s work across the funnel and website experience.
What You'll Need:
