As a Regional Recruiter, you will:

Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to Regional Directors, Regional Chefs, General Managers, and Head Chefs within your region.

Build a deep understanding of people grids, hiring priorities, succession plans, and talent gaps to proactively support operational needs.

Own the full recruitment life cycle for salaried leadership roles, while supporting hourly hiring based on business needs.

Maintain a digital LinkedIn presence and grow a proactive talent pipeline through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, school partnerships, community outreach, referrals, hiring events, and regional Hiring Days.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, thoughtful interview coordination, and strong representation of the Earls employer brand.

Build deep knowledge of local labour markets and competitive hiring conditions.

Support immigration pathways, internships, and emerging talent opportunities where applicable.

Partner with Operations to maintain ATS excellence, hiring best practices, and accurate job postings while identifying hiring risks and recommending solutions.

Set regional recruitment objectives, monitor key performance metrics, and conduct regular hiring reviews with Operational leaders, providing insights into pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.

Attend monthly connects with the People Ops recruitment team to discuss regional support check-ins, share updates and upcoming events, and receive information about Earls strategies and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand.

Partner with the Head Office Talent Acquisition team to share regional insights, align on hiring priorities, support employer brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns, and contribute to the strategic growth of the Talent Acquisition division.
What we need from you:

The ability to work from either Edmonton or Calgary, with regular travel throughout your region (minimum four days per week in restaurants with operational teams).

1-2 years experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring talent. Experience in hospitality hiring specifically is an asset!

A natural curiosity, driven by relationships, and motivated by connecting great people with meaningful opportunities.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or resume databases.

Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

A love for people and the hospitality business; you are a natural host and enjoy all things food, drink, and fun!
