We are a women-owned, small business in the vibrant Uptown community looking for a permanent part-time team member. Owners Sabrina and Becki foster a cheerful, warm atmosphere centered on helping people through pregnancy and postpartum.
We're looking for someone reliable and mature who is seasoned at working with a variety of people. Someone who is engaging and loves a good chat with a practical sense of helping customers find the perfect gift, or the perfect baby shower outfit. We especially value applicants who bring strong interpersonal skills developed through life experience, caregiving, community involvement, or previous work in people-focused roles.
This role is both sales and customer service forward with hands-on shop support such as unpacking stock, merchandising, and collaborating with the owners on product selection and displays. We value team input and participation.
We are not interested in finding someone for a short term, rather hoping to build a stable, long-term team. Our ideal candidate is looking for a joyful place to work on the weekends, with availability to pitch in to cover holidays or an occasional weekday.
