Assisting the team in achieving targets creating the best customer experience & satisfaction.
Your role as a Shop Hand will be to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment that involves helping with and learning diagnosing and repairing vehicles of all makes and models. Your goal is to ensure a high rate of customer satisfaction through our mantra of “ Fixed right the first time”.
Main duties:
Automotive Shop Hand perform some or all the following duties:
· Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
· Help with shop task such as moving tires, cleaning the shop, assisting other technicians with repairs etc.
· Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups
Employment requirements:
Automotive Shop Hand
· Completion of secondary school is usually required.
· On-the-job training of one to three years is provided by employers.
· 1 year of apprenticeship or higher an asset
