About the Role
We are currently hiring Automotive Service Technicians, Apprentice Technicians, and experienced Automotive Mechanics for a reputable franchised automotive service center in Toronto. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic and import vehicles.
- Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, brakes, suspension, steering, and general mechanical repairs.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify repair recommendations.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle concerns.
- Complete repairs in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and management regarding repair status and timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Support a positive, team-oriented work culture.
Requirements
- 2+ yrs of Experience as an automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Valid G Driver's License preferred.
- Must have own tools.
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
ScheduleRegular Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Optional Overtime
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Technician's choice)
- Additional overtime opportunities available as needed.
