Load and unload equipment for customers and vendor shipments.
Secure loaded equipment per company procedure and inspect in transit if necessary.
Oversee the cleaning and servicing of vehicles and equipment.
Assist with minor repairs and the painting of equipment.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Power wash equipment before and after service.
Receive new orders and equipment and ensure it is received into inventory.
Assist with equipment setup per customer order, including attachments, decals, and accessories.
Keep the workstation clean and stocked with service tags and fuel.
Works independently of supervision on assigned tasks. Moves between projects as scheduling requires.
Maintains organized equipment inventory staging areas.
Maintain, create and file Bills of Lading for all shipments received and leaving.
Load and secure parts, equipment and/or accessories for delivery.
Unload equipment and accessories.
Pick up / Deliver and Transport equipment to its destination.
Ability to operate a Pilot vehicle.
Assist with other facility operation duties as needed.
Know and follow all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area and fully participating in Company accident-prevention and safety-improvement activities.
Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, protective gloves, and protective clothing and footwear as required by the job.
Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all times, meeting all Company standards for professionalism.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience preferred (equipment, automotive, industrial, etc.)
Demonstrate proficiency in loading/unloading equipment & properly securing loads for transport.
Understands and remembers all written and verbal instructions. Carries out instructions accurately.
Works independently of supervision on assigned tasks. Moves between projects as scheduling requires.
Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Experience using computers and Microsoft applications.
Successful completion of Driver log training.
Must have a clear driver's abstract.
There is no public transit to this location; the ideal candidate must have a reliable vehicle.
