Sales Representative – In-Home Water & Air Treatment Solutions

We are seeking ambitious, professional sales representatives who thrive in face-to-face sales environments and are looking for a long-term opportunity with significant earning potential.
As one of the most recognized names in residential water treatment, and Home Depot's exclusive water treatment service provider, we continue to expand throughout the Greater Toronto Area and are looking for high-performing sales professionals to join our team.
Our sales representatives meet with homeowners through company-generated appointments that have already been scheduled and confirmed by our team. Your focus is on educating homeowners, performing water quality evaluations, identifying their needs, and presenting solutions that can improve the quality of their water and overall home environment.

Compensation: Our current sales professionals earn between $84,000 and $250,000+ annually. There is no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your performance, consistency, and ability to serve clients effectively.
- What you'll do:
- Conduct in-home water quality evaluations
- Educate homeowners on water quality concerns and treatment options
- Demonstrate products and solutions when appropriate
- Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the decision-making process
- Complete sales documentation and follow company procedures
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Who we're looking for: We are looking for individuals who are confident, coachable, professional, and motivated by performance-based income. Previous experience in sales is strongly preferred, especially in sales face-to-face, however, we are open to candidates from other sales backgrounds who can demonstrate strong communication skills and a history of achieving results.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Fluent English required (additional languages are considered an asset)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout the GTA and surrounding areas
- Successful completion of a background check
Schedule: Full-time position
Flexible schedule with appointments assigned based on territory and availability.
