Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs, and encouraging curiosity and growth. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members
- Facilitate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning through play
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in staff meetings
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with children and families
- Excellent communication skills and patience when working with young learners
- Relevant certifications or credentials in early childhood education are desirable
- Ability to create an engaging learning environment that supports diverse developmental needs

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
