Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems, heavy lifting, and operating equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and order pickers. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where mechanical knowledge and safety are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse
- Assist with order picking, packing, and packaging to ensure accurate order fulfillment

- Load and unload shipments safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock and ensuring optimal storage solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during heavy lifting and operation of heavy equipment
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery is a plus
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, packaging, and load & unload operations is desirable
- Knowledge of manufacturing or construction environments is beneficial
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Prior experience in warehouse distribution or related fields will be advantageous for success in this role
Pay: $17.00 per hour
