Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
- Support multilingual communication efforts by assisting both English and Spanish-speaking customers as needed.
- Document interactions thoroughly for future reference and quality assurance purposes.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Experience with sales techniques, including upselling, is a plus.
- Familiarity with analysis skills that help interpret customer data for better service delivery.
