The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales and partnerships. This role involves researching market trends, developing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, service, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company’s services.
- Track, report, and analyze business development activities and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in coordination with management.
- Provide feedback to improve marketing materials, service offerings, and client experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the company’s industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license
